Information used by Reservevia
Depending on how you use the product, Reservevia may handle account and authentication details, restaurant profile information, reservation and guest details submitted for a booking, team membership information, device push-subscription data, and plan or billing state.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, publish restaurant pages, receive and manage reservations, send requested operational notifications, support team access, enforce plan limits, provide billing-related functionality, and keep the service secure.
Restaurant and reservation data
Restaurant operators control the profile and reservation information they enter into their workspace. Guests provide booking details to the restaurant through its public reservation page. Access is limited according to the restaurant and team permissions configured in Reservevia.
Service providers
Reservevia uses infrastructure and service providers needed for authentication, hosting, email delivery, billing, storage, and operational notifications. Provider details and production data-processing terms should be verified as part of the launch review.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as needed to provide the service, support restaurant operations, meet legitimate business needs, or satisfy legal obligations. Requests about account or restaurant data should be made through the appropriate Reservevia account or support channel.
