Using Reservevia
Reservevia provides restaurant profile pages, online reservation tools, management features, team access, and related subscription capabilities. You are responsible for the information and instructions you publish for your restaurant.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials secure and use team roles responsibly. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting people who should access restaurant operations and for removing access when it is no longer needed.
Reservations
Reservations depend on the availability and settings configured by each restaurant. A restaurant remains responsible for confirming, managing, changing, or cancelling its reservations and for communicating its own policies to guests.
Plans and subscriptions
Reservevia offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Features and limits are shown on the current pricing page and in the product. Paid subscription changes are handled through the configured billing provider and take effect according to the applicable subscription state.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another workspace, upload harmful content, interfere with reservation operations, or use public pages to collect information in a way that violates applicable law.
